2021 Annual Business Meeting

Those members of Hillyer who worship virtually may participate in our congregational meeting in the following way:

  1. Please read the financial report from Susan Demaree here.

  2. Please read the building update from David Churn here.

  3. Please complete the electronic ballot below or print a paper ballot here. Paper ballots may be returned to the church office by mail or in person. All ballots should be received by the end of the day on Sunday, Dec. 6.

  4. Church members may submit questions to church leadership by calling or emailing the church office. These question will be routed to the appropriate person and answered promptly.

  5. Results will be shared in the Messenger on Wednesday, Dec. 8.
